Request deletion
Email krypticdynamics@gmail.com with the subject “Idle Magic Shop data deletion”. State that you want your game-related account data and cloud saves deleted. If you know your player identifier, include it; if you do not, contact us anyway and we will explain how to identify the relevant records. Do not send your password, authentication code, or payment details.
We will verify the request before deleting data to protect against unauthorized deletion. We handle requests under applicable law and will explain any additional information needed. You can also use this address to request access or correction.
What the request covers
After verification, KrypticDynamics will remove the Idle Magic Shop cloud-save copies and the associated game-specific Unity Authentication player record. This removes the stored shop progress and virtual items linked to that record. We will tell you when the request has been completed, or explain any lawful reason that particular information must be retained. Deletion may make cloud progress unrecoverable.
This request does not remotely erase save files on your devices, their local backup files, or operating-system backups. Remove those separately through your device's app-data or file controls if you want them removed. Avoid uploading a remaining local copy if you do not want new cloud data created. Signing out or uninstalling the game alone does not request cloud deletion.
Your separate Unity Player Account
The game-specific request does not delete the Unity Player Account you may use in other games. To delete that separate account, use Unity's account deletion page: Unity’s account deletion page.
For access to Unity Player Accounts data or other Unity account privacy questions, contact unity-player-login-privacy@unity3d.com.
Deleting the wider Unity account does not automatically remove Idle Magic Shop's stored game data. Use the request above as well if you want both removed.
