Playing the game
You may install and play the game for your personal, noncommercial enjoyment. This permission does not transfer ownership of the game or its content. Third-party components remain subject to their own applicable licences. Use the game lawfully and do not access another person's account, interfere with the online services, or use them to harm other users. Nothing here limits uses or rights that applicable law permits regardless of these terms.
Accounts and saves
Local play does not require a cloud account. Optional cloud features use Unity Player Accounts and are also subject to the account provider's applicable terms. Protect your sign-in credentials and use an account you are authorized to access. Use account features only when you can meet the provider's eligibility requirements and any permission required by applicable law.
Cloud upload and restore are actions you choose. Review the selected save before confirming: restoring replaces your current shop, and uploading to an existing cloud copy replaces that reviewed copy. The game makes a local backup before a cloud restore, but neither local nor cloud storage can guarantee that progress will never be lost. Keep copies of progress that matter to you and report problems to us.
Virtual items and previews
Gold, gems, managers, themes, and other virtual items are features of the game. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and do not represent investments or property outside the game.
The current build's gem bundles and ad-style rewards are previews. They do not make a real purchase, charge a payment method, or show an advertisement. There are no paid subscriptions in this build. If real purchases or advertising are introduced, we will identify them clearly and provide the applicable information and terms before use. These terms do not impose a refund policy for purchases that are not currently offered.
Updates and availability
The game is in development. Features, balancing, compatibility, and online availability may change, and services may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We may update the game or these terms; the posted date will identify the current version. Where applicable law requires notice or agreement to a change, we will follow that requirement.
Privacy and leaving
The Privacy Policy explains local storage and optional account/cloud processing: Privacy Policy. You can stop playing or sign out at any time. Instructions for requesting deletion of game-related account data and cloud saves are at Account and data deletion. Uninstalling or signing out does not itself delete cloud data.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumer protections, privacy rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or restrict. These terms do not require arbitration or select a particular court or country's law. Contact us if you have a problem so we can try to resolve it.
